All of this and for some reason I still took the plunge. The next day I called her and tried to cancel, because I thought "What in the world am I doing?" She talked to me and calmed me down. The following week was my photo and video session. I was really nervous and, again, I second guessed myself, but I decided that since I had made the commitment, I was going to do everything I could to keep a positive attitude and enjoy myself.

I am so glad I did not read reviews before I joined because I would not have realized that the negative reviews were written by people who didn't take the time to actually use the service.

It makes sense because all the happy members are busy enjoying the people they have met and are too busy to be writing reviews on the internet. I never would have thought to go on sites like this, except I was looking up info about Great Expectations to reccommend it to a coworker. I am busy, professional, and Not a person that wanted to date men I met at the bar (or online which are the same men).

It has been 5 years since I joined and I have been happily married for 2 years because of them and met one of my closest girlfriends at one of the member events. For me, Great Expectations was worth 10 times more than I paid for it.
